Contoh nyata aplikasi PDCA yang SALAH (PDCA GAGAL) juga dapat ditunjukkan dalam Bagan 2.
Sedangkan contoh kasus nyata di Indonesia tentang aplikasi PDCA yang BENAR (PDCA SUCCESS) ditunjukkan dalam Bagan 3.
Terserah kepada pilihan setiap orang, mau belajar dan menerapkan yang SALAH sehingga berpuluh-puluh tahun mempertahankan “mindset yang SALAH” atau mau belajar dan menerapkan yang BENAR sejak awal!

WRONG vs. CORRECT Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) application!
Many people CARELESSLY implement PDCA both at the Company and in Higher Education/Educational Institutions; thus it DOES NOT Give them results, except just for RANDOMLY practicing using TOOLS.
As it is known that international MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is always managed using Leadership & PDCA Management, so that PDCA APPLICATION WITHOUT Leadership and NOT to Achieve STRATEGIC GOALS (which are usually the Purpose of Management System) then signifies we DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE CORRECT PDCA.
The example in the Attached Chart above shows the RANDOM PDCA APPLICATION (RANDOM IMPROVEMENT) which indicates that we do not understand anything about PDCA Management vs. The CORRECT PDCA Management Application for Controlling the Management System (in the example is the Management System of Education).
Any Management System APPLICATION MUST be managed using the CORRECT PDCA Management & Leadership not RANDOMLY.
A real example of the WRONG PDCA application (FAILED PDCA) can also be shown in Chart 2 below.
While a real case example in Indonesia about the CORRECT PDCA application (SUCCESSFUL PDCA) is shown in Chart 3 below.
It’s up to everyone’s choice whether wanting to learn and apply the WRONG so that for decades retaining the “WRONG mindset” or wanting to learn and apply the CORRECT from the beginning!
